Our first challenge of 2025 . . . Water for Wellness!
Nothing hydrates our body cells and organs like straight up WATER! Starting April 1st and running through the 30th, your challenge will be to drink (at least) 64 oz. of a hydrating beverage (soda doesn't count but tea, flavored waters, coffee, juices do!), 5 days a week.
