In the case of Murray v/s Kaplan, the committee, in evaluating all of the information provided, has decided that Mr. Kaplan was negligent in his communication with Ms. Murray. While the committee did not feel that a suspension or termination of membership was appropriate in this case, it did agree that a letter should be sent to Mr. Kaplan recommending that he re-access his business practices to prevent this kind of conflict in the future. The committee agreed that no further action be taken in this case.
