Fully Accepted
- Example 1. "The fulfillment data looks good - no problems that we saw. Ready to run offline circ tonight / tomorrow morning. Our first SIS load will be run at 3am before we go live."
- Example 2. "Twin Peaks Library accepts the delivered Alma fulfillment data. There are no outstanding high-priority issues to address. We will run offline circ tonight / tomorrow morning. Our first SIS load will be run at 3am before we go live."
Conditionally Accepted
Example 1. "Twin Peaks Library conditionally accepts the delivered Alma fulfillment data. The following cases are top priority and need to be addressed as quickly as possible.
- SF case #00123456 (case title and impact statement)
- SF case #00234567 (case title and impact statement)
- SF case #00345678 (case title and impact statement)
We will run offline circ and our SIS load based on the following plan we've made with Ex Libris: <description of plan>."
