Inform EXL if you plan to opt-out of ProQuest Activations at Cutover via your Cutover case [III, Voyager, WMS]

Notes
As a courtesy to all non-Alma campuses, we will run a process to identify all ProQuest subscriptions to which you subscribe but which are not activated in the CZ and we will activate them for you.
This activation is done automatically at Test load so you can review the results and decide if you want us to do the same at Cutover or if you would prefer to opt out at Cutover.
More details about the actual process:
Alma UI>Resources>Manage Inventory>My Electronic Resources by Provider
We input your PQIS ID (ProQuest ID) to retrieve the list of all collections purchased by you.
We then identify all collections from this list that have not been activated in the CZ. Next, we run the process to activate these selected collections.
NOTE: This process pulls from the individual customer’s ProQuest ID which will include any inherited subscriptions.
