During the selection process, we want to get to know each other better, which also helps increase the likelihood of us being a good "fit".

Here are some links that will help you get a better idea about us prior to the interview process:

Next, here's a quick overview of what the interview process will look like.

Step 1 - Screening call

Once you've sent your CV in and we decide to continue with the hiring process, you'll receive an invitation for an online screening call with a recruiter and the Head of Content & PR. During this call, we will go over your motivation for working in this role at FishingBooker. Of course, we will also answer any questions you may have about the company and the position.

Step 2 - Task and second-round interview (also known as WHO)

If we conclude that we'd like to continue with the hiring process, we'll invite you to complete a task in our office in Belgrade. The task will consist of two parts: a preparation part and a part where you will demonstrate your skills.

If we're happy with the outcome of the task, we will immediately continue with a second interview, conducted by the Head of Content & PR and a recruiter. First of all, we will go over the task you just completed and talk about your approach to the task. After that, we will discuss your CV in more detail - more specifically, your previous work experience and what made you decide to apply for this position. In addition to that, we will be asking some role-specific questions.

Step 3 - Third-round interview (also known as the Cultural fit interview)

This is the final step of the interview process. The interview is conducted in-person in our office in Belgrade.

The questions on this interview are more example-based, as we'd like to confirm whether or not we're a cultural fit by getting a better idea of how you handled situations in your previous work experience.

This interview is led by the Head of Content & PR. A recruiter and the CEO of the company will also be present.

Offer

If our decision is positive, we’ll reach out with an offer. If you accept, the only remaining step will be a reference check. We’ll need you to send us 3 references (1 supervisor and 2 colleagues — they can be from your current workplace or companies where you’ve recently worked). This is important because it gives us insight into your work style from the perspective of your past colleagues, helping us complete our understanding of you.

If all three conversations go well, WELCOME to the team and FBKR! 🤗
