Artist signup minimum age

Hey, we're getting some requests from young artists to join up. I looked in our Terms & Conditions for the Resonate Player and found this paragraph:
In addition, by registering for an account you represent and warrant that you (1) are the age of majority {Should this say maturity? Typo?} in your jurisdiction (typically age 18) or, (2) are over the age of 13 and have the express permission of a legal guardian to obtain an account and to use Services in connection with the account.
Also I assume that this paragraph only refers to using the Resonate Player and isn't about becoming a member of the co-op.
In regards to membership, I've looked through the Resonate Rulebook and haven't seen anything written about minimum age for membership. What's the policy?
