Remove use of "chairman"

§3.2 The standing members consists of the elected board of the Student Council and the student elected representatives of the Student Council in the various collegiate bodies and the chairman chairperson or president of every organisational group at ITU. The chairman chairperson or president of other organisations at ITU can appoint another representative from their organisations or forfeit their right until another chairman chairperson is appointed.
