2.4 - IBS Pizza Party
I believe I've found an affordable venue for an IBS membership event.
Garrett and I will be staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Convention Center, and I'm coordinating with their Food & Beverage Manager to finalize the arrangements.
The hotel is a 20 to 29-minute walk from either of the two conference center halls. Free parking is also available on-site.
My proposal is for us to use the pool patio area just outside the restaurant.
I hope to have a cost estimate ready to present by the start of the board meeting.
