Circular Philadelphia

🎯 Opportunity Overview
We’re building a digital Circular Economy Library a curated hub of articles, podcasts, reports, videos, and tools that help Philadelphians understand reuse, repair, waste reduction and circular systems as well as the state of the circular economy in our region. One day, we hope to turn it into a physical resource center.

As a volunteer, you’ll help expand this library by researching high‑quality materials, recommending new resources, and even transforming podcast episodes into written summaries or publication‑ready pieces. This is a great role for anyone who loves learning, organizing information, or translating ideas into accessible content.

🛠️ What Volunteers Do
  • Research and recommend 10+ resources (articles, videos, reports, podcasts, tools, guides, etc.)
  • Evaluate whether each resource is accurate, accessible, and relevant to circular‑economy topics
  • Add your recommendations to our shared list or submission form
  • Turn podcast episodes into short written pieces using transcripts (summaries, explainers, or mini‑publications)
  • Flag standout resources that could become featured content
  • Help shape the tone, structure, and usefulness of the library as it grows
