2026 Fun Fourth Festival Application Notes


Welcome to the Fun Fourth Festival! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions. This is an electronic application and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this application electronically. 

PLEASE NOTE:
  • Vendor booth applications for political candidates will not be accepted.
  • Upon approval, the full vendor fee balance payment will be charged immediately, to the same online payment method used for the deposit. 
  • By submitting an application, you are indicating that you understand that all fees, both application and balance due, are non-refundable.
  • If selected all vendors must be available to upload the SIGNED vendor contract upon receipt within 3 days of receipt.  

Deadline to apply: May 29, 2026 11:59 pm

Single space is 30 feet wide and 15 feet deep.  Vendor is responsible for their own equipment (truck, tent, tables, chairs, etc.)

*All fees are non-refundable.

  • Application Fee: $15
  • Food Vendor: truck/trailer/bus: $535
  • Food Vendor: Tent or Push Cart: $285
  • Craft Vendor:  purchase items for resale i.e. clothing, hand made items, non-handmade jewelry $235.00
  • Service Vendor: offering information on products for future sales - i.e. windows,   doors, vacuums: $585
  • Non-Profit Vendor: $185
  • Sponsor Vendor Booth: $0
  • Downtown Merchant: $0

Congratulations!  Your vendor application for the 2026 Fun Fourth Festival on Friday, July 4, 2026 is approved.  The balance due for the vendor space will be charged immediately.

The Vendor CONTRACT and COI REQUIREMENTS will be sent separately from this communication via Eventeny. Executed Contracts Due - within 3 days of receipt of contract.

EVENT DAY SCHEDULE:

Vendor Move-in:
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM Food & Beverage Vendor Load-in begins
9:30 AM - 11:30 AM Craft, Service and Non-profit Vendor Load in
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sponsor Load-in

11:00 AM Food Vendors: Health Department & Fire Marshal Inspections begin 
12:00 PM All non-essential vehicles must be removed from the festival footprint.

Event
1:00 PM Street Festival begins
5:45 PM Hard Stop on all sales This will be enforced.

Load-out
6:00 PM Street Festival ends
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Vendor Load Window
7:30 PM Streets will open to public/traffic.
*Please plan accordingly.
