DE1 v1.0, s/n 127, many upgrades and accessories (Northern Virginia/Washington DC, USA)
Notes
Hi folks. The time has come to send my gear off to a new home. DE1 v1.0, s/n 127. Full mirror-finish front panel!
This is one of the original v1.0 machines, but if you only looked at the guts inside you'd be hard pressed to tell -- the internals are current specification, so in practice the major difference is the grouphead controller.
The current tablet shows 1136 shots but the real number is higher, at one point with a tablet upgrade I lost the prior count. I'd guess it's probably closer to 2k total.
Hardware upgrades:

Hardware upgrades:

- New main circuit board & bluetooth module
- New internal USB wiring and connector (higher capacity for USB-C)
- Upgraded higher-accuracy flow meter
- New water intake filter
- New steam wand silicone cover
- New black grouphead cover (some of the black finish did not withstand my Tungsten wedding ring so I got a new one)
Spare parts:
- A whole set of replacement o-rings in the three sizes (white, brown, black)
- A new orange tube (heater to manifold)
- Original grouphead parts from Decent
- Original grouphead black cover, minor love marks (see item 11 in the list above)
Accessories:
- Decent plumbing kit -- takes water from pressurized source
- Sheldon's tablet mount (attaches with two screws in original locations at top/front corners)
- Sheldon's Skale2 drip tray adapter assembly
- Two Decent portafilter holders -- one short, one tall. Short one drilled to mount to a Niche anchor bolt
- Sheldon's stainless steel grouphead spacer and water distribution kit for v1.0 machines
- Another set of composite grouphead spacers, which were replacements for brass parts
- A couple of other shower screens -- one Decent original, one IMS for Sheldon's grouphead parts
- Skale2 w/right-angle magnetic-disconnect USB cable
- Two different calibrated Decent tampers
- Two Decent milk jugs -- huge and midsize
- Several Decent baskets: 1x20g; 2x18g; 2x15g
- Decent puck simulator, 0.2mm
- Decent pourover adapter, never opened
- Two bottomless portafilters
- Old-style Decent 3D-printed Skale2/drip tray adapter
- Rubber counter-edge tamping mat

US$3k OBO for everything listed above. Payment via Paypal Friends & Family, Venmo, or Zelle, buyer to pay any fees. Shipping (lower 48 CONUS) is included at $3k, otherwise at the buyer's real expense. Note that with all the accessories, at least two boxes will be required -- the suitcase, plus another box for all the other things that don't fit inside it. For reference, I went back and added up all my invoices, which came out to $4827.19 between 19 orders from Decent ($4256.63) plus the SWorks Design parts ($570.56). There's a little more in it too, with 3D prints, gaskets, etc, but I don't have those all added up in one place.
The machine has served me well, is superbly upgraded and accessorized, and is in overall excellent condition. I encourage potential buyers to pick it up in person but if that's not an option I will work with you to get it safely delivered to the shipping service of your choice -- USPS, UPS, or FedEx. This is a US-spec 110V machine so not really suitable for 220V countries.
