Problem: As the coaching team grows and responsibilities are divided, there was a communication gap that was taking a lot of back and forth to fill and it was leaving a lot of opportunities for mistakes, especially with new clients and creating their marketing plans.
Solution: Andy decided to create a spreadsheet to organize the information in a way that is actionable, easy to absorb, and gives us data that will allow us to measure and improve our response times as a team. The spreadsheet is shared by the coaching team and now everyone knows exactly what plans are complete, how long they take and who owns each one.
Not only has this eliminated clients falling through the cracks and improved client onboarding, but it also allows us the opportunity to see what features we need before talking with Chris about adding this into the tool in the future.
