- Kudos again for Rebecca for representing us at last week's kick-off
- Testing doc – Michelle added examples and notes for known problems. She also added all of the UB stuff that he had stripped, so that it’s back to being an Alma-wide doc, not just Primo-related material. We're going to keep thinking about it for a couple of weeks. Primo testing and usability will come later, so we'll try to focus specifically on how Alma testing will impact Primo rather than checking Primo configuration.
- Trouble-shooting: Nancy shared her local workflow for how to report problems for Primo VE. We'll check it and make sure that no steps are missing, and we'll consider sharing this kind of workflow with other SUNY campuses once we go live in Primo.
- Local field problems: Nancy asked about best practices for coordinating with other working groups, Heidi gave us some options and we're going to start with having Nancy represent us at an upcoming SMSP meeting where she'll ask about how local fields should be migrated and set up for display and discovery in Primo.
- Jill’s usability doc – in progress, we'll discuss more at next meeting
- Default Display recommendations: we asked Nancy to add some of UB's favorite things from Binghamton's set-up to a recommendation doc (more details soon), we'll probably also get ideas from Jill's usability/musings document
- PR: Esta shared her draft for save the date PR. Please take a look and provide feedback.
