Ex Libris Analytics update roadmap
ELUNA/IGeLu Analytics SIWG met with Yoel K. May 25.
Notes from that meeting:
  • Analytics report export up to 10 million rows, all viewable and expandable, but most PCs can't handle 10 million rows easily. Yoel tested it in Notepad++ can handle that in 2,819,228 lines. [Excel can handle max. 1.01 million rows] Might need to connect that exported data to a server-based program for further manipulation if needed.
  • 3 new dev projects completed in Q1 2021.
  • New upcoming dev projects and idea exchange most voted topics can be found in the update and roadmap
  • Yoel K. will be leaving the Analytics area, and will start working on the expert knowledge center for training and documentation
- the spreadsheet created for collecting training topics and ideas
Joan reminded us we have a spreadsheet in the docs&files that we gathered from Aleph, please feel free to refer to that and match up the new reports you created in Alma and enter them into the list for training topics. We will review that Google spreadsheet next month.

- Other Business, Announcements, etc.
This group's meeting minutes/notes are also posted on the SLC libguides Analytics WG area  https://slcny.libguides.com/c.php?g=776920&p=5572520
Thanks Michelle E. for uploading the past meeting minutes for us.

Kathy mentioned that UB will be getting GreenGlass from OCLC for the collection analysis.
