Background Checks

For background checks: an idea I had was to have a "Background Check Expires" date field in the volunteer record. That way, a FWCS district person could put that date in HelpMatch once the background check is complete so then we know, volunteer knows, and principal/case manager knows if someone is approved or not and when they need to renew again. Thoughts? I'm working on a solution here.
