Greetings fellow real estate consumer advocates & longtime buyer agents,

Despite it's use in Western popular culture, wikipedia says the Chinese word for "crisis" has been misinterpreted to mean danger & opportunity. A more accurate - and TIMELY - translation of the two characters is 'change point' or inflection point.

That might be an understatement for the drama that's building around the proposed NAR Settlement, as
Wendy Gilch Wendy
Gilch writes on SellingLater.  She posted a link to the 135 page objection filed by law professor (and class member) Tanya Monestier on her site and it's also available on the Twitter thread below:

Whether they reference it or not, the Chinese symbol mirrors the transition T3Sixty will be presenting today at 1pm ET.  Their decade-old DANGER report was researched in 2014 and is being repackage NOW as an OPPORTUNITY report.

If you are a real estate innovator, the influential report should be required reading but discounted because of it's industry-focused perspective.  You can tune into their FREE preview online at 1pm today.

Here's how T3Sixty describes their LIVESTREAM today:

Description: Get a preview of the topics covered in the 2025 Swanepoel Trends Report from T3 Sixty President and CEO Jack Miller and the report's editor-in-chief Paul Hagey. They will provide an overview of some of the most important trends and intelligence the report provides for industry leaders heading into 2025, including the essential strategies for winning a post-settlement world, how to think about the industry's immense data opportunity, details on a new national real estate brand landscape, how to prepare for leadership transitions, the deep impact changes in climate is having on the geography of US real estate and more.

Would anyone in Boston like to watch together near Alewife T Station, the Harvard i-Lab or Kendall Square?  If so, please respond below or DM for link to watch online.

Some of us have been talking about a Consumer Revolution in Real Estate for three decades. Is that moment coming home to Boston?  Eager to explore that question over the next two weeks, in person & online, with long-time collaborators and aspiring change agents!

As always, welcome comments on Basecamp which serves as an informal knowledge base for RECALL (Real Estate Consumer Alliance), on the original Tweets above or privately via contact info below.
