10/29/24: 10 days that changed the real estate ecosystem unfolding now? Whether danger, opportunity or change point, it's time for Boston Realty Party

Despite it's use in Western popular culture, wikipedia says the Chinese word for "crisis" has been misinterpreted to mean danger & opportunity. A more accurate - and TIMELY - translation of the two characters is 'change point' or inflection point.

That might be an understatement for the drama that's building around the proposed NAR Settlement, as
