  • New Members is off the pace (year-end) by 37.
  • The A-Team is kicking butt when it comes to getting members to rejoin.
  • We've fallen behind in our efforts to award complimentary first-year memberships.
  • The YTD and YE plan for new contacts need to be adjusted. We feel that 70 new "quality" leads per month are meeting our short-term goals. 
    • 4200+ emails going out with each "all hands" blast.
    • 51.79% - Avg open rate; 3.19% - Avg click rate; 274K - Emails sent
    • We are most proud of our average 0.0005% unsubscribe rate per email. Industry standards say that is 10x the excellent rating.
  • We are JUST BARELY out of the red with chapter meetings.
  • Total Financial Expenses are green but dangerously close to yellow.
