In this workshop, we will focus on one of the most important aspects of any product or business: It is solving a real problem for your customer. (spoiler: if it's not, your business/product will almost certainly fail) But what is a problem worth solving? How do we know it's a real problem? What should we do first? You will get answers to these questions and many more, as we dive into doing customer discovery.
