Requirements to serve at CBS
In an effort to create and maintain a safe environment for the kids we serve, we have a couple requirements for individuals who want to serve:
Age Requirement
We invite all ages to volunteer at CBS, however any volunteer under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. That adult is responsible for ensuring that their child is safe and supervised for the duration of their volunteer shift.

Required Background Check
Any adult over the age of 18 is required to complete a criminal background check prior to serving with our children. This background check must be administered by Atlanta Inner-City Ministry or it's partners, and we will not accept outside background checks.
Policy Agreement & Statement of Faith
All new volunteers for CBS are required to agree to AIM policies as they become available (Child Protection Policy, Abuse and Neglect Reporting Policy, Disciplinary Policy, etc.) as well as agree to a general Statement of Faith. Once all policies become available, this will be a required, and volunteers unwilling to sign Policy or Statement of Faith will not be permitted to serve.
