4.2.1 - Conference Committee Report 01.06.2021

The winter 2021 conference scheduled for Houston has been switched to a virtual event due to the ongoing issues with Covid-19 and the venue's concern about possibly closing the venue during our event. The venue has agreed to honor our previous pricing should we elect to hold the event in the winter of 2022. The committee agreed to this option. We will be focusing our efforts on a winter virtual conference followed by the spring virtual conference. Our next in person conference will be our Summer conference in Colorado Springs.
