1. Fixed problem where MIDI communication would not work on Windows until PA1U was selected as the audio device using ASIO control panel.
2. Added support for returning "Device Qualifier" and "Other Speed Configuration" descriptors during USB enumeration when host asks for them.
3. Fixed a problem where MIDI meter notifications were always sending all zeros for the meter bitmap.
4. When retrieving preset name via sysex message for the currently loaded preset, the name is now returned from RAM (which may not be the same value as is currently stored in FLASH). Previously, the name was always returned from FLASH which required that the preset be saved before reading the name.
