1. Added support for hosting USB-MIDI devices with a product ID of 0x0000.
2. Fixed a problem that was causing corruption of USB config descriptor resulting in MIDI not working on Mac and neither audio or MIDI working on Windows. This problem did not affect all units (just a few units).
