Version: 1.2.1
Date: 2024-10-20
1. Increased the time out delay for USB-MIDI host so that Hotone Amperol Control (HAC) now works when powered over USB (HAC worked before when using power adapter). Other products that didn't work may also suddenly work.
2. Fixed a problem where the USB "resume state" was not generating a "resume event" on the DAW A/B ports. This often resulted in garbled audio and MIDI not working after computer was awakened from being in sleep mode.
Version: 1.2.0
Date: 2024-09-12
1. Increased the default value for "tone check maximum volume" from -6 dB to -3 dB.
2. The area to the right of the large A/B on the main page that displays a shield icon when the failover system is armed now displays several icons. Shield = failover armed (as before), checkmark = tone check enabled, shield with checkmark = failover armed and tone check enabled, X in circle (flashing) = audio signal level on current scene exceeds tone check maximum volume (only used when tone check is enabled).
3. The failover signal status for both USB device ports is now displayed at the upper right of the main page (DAW A on the left, DAW B on the right). Flat line (optionally flashing, default is not flashing) = failover signal not present, sine wave = failover signal present, X in circle (flashing) = audio signal level exceeds tone check maximum volume (only used when tone check is enabled). The flashing states indicate an error condition that needs to be rectified.
4. The DIN icon on the main page has been replaced by a MIDI logo to make space for the icons in #3 above. The arrows indicating MIDI activity are slightly smaller as well.
