Owners Rep:
advise owner and act on their behalf to ensure owner's interests are represented through all phases of the development project.
Design Build:
Project delivery all under one entity - from team selection, project planning, design drawings, bidding, and construction build out.
Procurement:
Negotiating costs with vendors, preparing contracts, issuing vendor's purchase orders, processing payments, tracking deliveries, and locating all goods on site.
Permit Processing:
research plan check process, prepare applications, submit plans and track processing with jurisdiction, review plan check comments and coordination with design team.
Construction Management:
pre-construction bidding and GC selection, budget evaluation, scheduling and time management, tracking RFIs, submittals and change orders, overall quality control.
