How to Set up and manage your UltraGreen Account Online

We understand that navigating a new system can be challenging, so we’ve created a step-by-step guide to help you set up and manage your UltraGreen account through our Service Assistant by Real Green Systems and the Customer Assisted Website on LawnGateway.

How to Set Up Your Online Account with UltraGreen



Step 1: Access the Confirmation Email

  1. Open the Confirmation Email: Locate the confirmation email sent to you by UltraGreen.
  2. Click the Link: Click on the "Thank You" or "Pay Your Bill" link within the email. This will direct you to our login page where you can register your account.
  1. Create an Account: On the login page, follow the prompts to create your account. You will need to provide your account details as prompted.
  2. Confirmation: After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to confirm your email address by clicking the link provided.

Step 3: Managing Your Properties

  1. Log In: Once your account is set up, log in using your new credentials.
  2. Go to My Account: Click on "My Account" from the main menu.
  3. Manage Properties: Select "Manage Properties" to add and link additional accounts or properties to your main account.

Step 4: Viewing Invoices

  1. Select My History: From the main menu, click on "My History".
  2. Choose a Service: Select the service for which you want to view invoices.
  3. View Invoice: Find and view your invoices associated with your account.

Step 5: Pay Bill and Register for Autopay

  1. Pay Your Bill:

    • Navigate to Billing: From the main menu, select "Billing" or "Pay Your Bill".
    • Select an Invoice: Choose the invoice you wish to pay.
    • Enter Payment Information: Fill in the required payment details.
    • Submit Payment: Review your payment details and click "Submit" to complete the payment process.

  2. Register for Autopay:

    • Go to Autopay Settings: In the "Billing" section, find the option for "Autopay" or "Recurring Payments".
    • Set Up Autopay: Enter your preferred payment method for automatic payments.
    • Confirm Details: Review and confirm your Autopay settings to ensure all future bills are paid automatically.
