4.01 President's report
Hello everyone as we prepare to celebrate the AIBD's Diamond Jubilee anniversary, 75 years of helping residential designers becoming better residential designers. With that I'd like to thank all the past presidents and board members including way back to the House of delegates as this has got us to where we are today. And I would like to thank the present board members and committee members for taking us into our future.
As you know with the housing bubble hit and then the world pandemic we have lost some corporate sponsors, we are working on regaining those relationships. Steve and I went to the NAHB spring leadership meeting , where we met with many officials of the NAHB and suppliers to reintroduce them to the AIBD. Hopefully these personal connections will continue to grow.
