- Geoff Sager, President of the Metro Realty Group, and a developer of many mixed-income and market-rate projects in the central CT region,
- Carol Martin, the Executive Director of the Westport and Fairfield Housing Authorities, who is now completing a development of a 46-unit mixed-income project in Orange, and
- Bob Wiedenmann, President of Sunwood Development, who just completed a 36-unit mixed-income townhome project in Wallingford.
