3.3 - Approval of the NEOH (Northeast Ohio) Chapter Charter

MOTION:
The Chairman of the Chapter Chairs Committee, Bernie Kern, moves the approval fo the NEOH (Northeast Ohio) Chapter Charter.

SECOND:
Because this motion is made by committee, a second of the motion is not required.

CONCENT:
This item can be approved along with the other items on the Concent Agenda with one vote, without any discussion. If someone wants to discuss the motion before approving, the item must be removed from the Concent Agenda and place in the appropriate place on the Meeting Agenda.
