1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 4:01 pm EDT by President Bernie Kern. Bernie asked for everyone to be mindful of the Antitrust Statement.

      1. Conference Committee: Ben Tabolt presented his written report. There we no recommendations or actions.
      2. Chapter Coordinator: Two people in Houston have contacted him about starting a chapter. Mickley informed him there have been two virtual monthly 
      3. Education Committee:
         1. BIM-R Subcommittee: Ben Tabolt reported that they are still looking for a chair for the committee and the desire is to deliver the BIM training on-demand.
      4. Finance Committee: Lisa Shaffer reported that the committee is planning on doing a budget review in the next couple of months.
      5. Resolutions Committee: No report.
      6. Nominating Committee: No report.
   3. External Affairs
      1. High-Performance Homes Team: Keith Zoni reported that the committee has been discussing the shortage of materials that are typically needed for high-performance home construction. Mike Battaglia added that the committee intends to expand the CAD detail library to include accessibility details. Zoni also noted there hasn't been any progress on getting a new chair.
      2. AIBD Magazine: Yu Ngok added to his written report, the reads and impressions for the two 2020 issues have been disappointing. He will be speaking with Garrett Mickley about some strategies to market the magazine.
      3. Awards Programs
         1. Building Design Awards: Steve Mickley reported the call for entries is open, but we haven't had any entries yet.
         2. ARDA: Ted Hake presented his written report. There we no recommendations or actions.
      4. Codes & Standards Committee: Mike Battaglia presented his written report. He added the NAHB Building Codes and Standards Committee is meeting next week. He would like to get a discussion with the board started about section R106 of the IRC, which addresses construction drawings.
   4. College of Fellows: No report.
   5. NCBDC: Kimberly Mockert was not in attendance. Bernie Kern read her written report. There were no recommendations or actions.
   6. Staff: Steve Mickley read his written reports. There were no recommendations or actions.
