1. When can pharmacy schools connect with prospective students?
- The Fall fair takes place Thursday, September 10, from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST.
- Live chat and face-to-face video conversations with attendees will take place exclusively during the 2-hour Expo period from 5pm - 7pm EST. There is no need to remain online for the full 7-hour program, especially because the Expo will be closed from 1pm - 5pm EST.
- The first 5 hours are reserved for educational workshops. If your school is presenting, presenters only need to be available during their scheduled session.
2. Will additional staff listed as representatives receive their own Zoom Event invite?
- Yes. Any staff member added as a representative will receive an email invitation when they are added.
- If they do not receive the email, they can contact pharm4me@aacp.org, and we will resend the link or provide a direct-join link.
3. When will we receive the pre-event registrant list, and what information is included?
- Participating schools will receive the full registration list both before and after the 2026 Fall Virtual Pharmacy School Fair.
- Pre-event list: Sent the week of August 31
- Post-event list: Sent the week of September 21
- The lists include the following information for all prospective students who register and/or attend:
- Name
- City
- State
- Intended application year
- Degree they are pursuing

How do we set up our virtual booth after registering?
- Once you’ve registered, our team will contact you within 5 business days with:
- Your personalized Zoom exhibitor link, and
- Detailed setup instructions

Can we register for the Spring term only right now?
- No. At this time, you can only register for:
- Fall only, or
- Both Fall and Spring
- Registration for Spring-only participation will open at a later date.

What is the ECHO Targeting Voucher?
- The ECHO Targeting Voucher is an optional benefit available exclusively to schools and colleges of pharmacy that register for one or both fairs. It provides added value but is not required to use. The voucher’s value is equal to the registration fee, effectively offering a complimentary benefit of the same amount.

Can we pay for the registration list without participating in the event?
- No. Purchasing the registration list without participating is not an option.
To receive the registration list, schools must:- Register for the event
- Set up a virtual booth
- Be available during expo hours
- Active participation is required in order to access attendee information.
