4.17 - Operations Report
Except for the proposed addition of Joe Mareci as a contracted part of our A-Team, all seems to be well and running on schedule with the current teammates.
In January, we were able to distribute an aproximate $900 gain share bonus to the three full time employees. This was just slightly higher than what we awarded last January.
Our greatest accomplishment in January was shopping for and setting up a new meeting platform. The result, Clickmeeting, is a bit clunky. There is nothing available that is as user friendly and "fun" to operate as the patform we were using. Clickmeeting is about three times more than what we were paying.
There are some features that could help to make up for the increased investment. Such as automated webinars and the direct posting of webinar and chapter meeting recordings directly to the AIBD YouTube channel. The first ebperiment with this was the High-Performance Homes Team, which was posted on YouTube last week. The subscriptions has grown 2% since. Which, by the way, the subscriptions (at the time of writing this) are at 498. Who hearing this report will be the person to make it 500?
