Medical (Aetna)

  • We will cover up to 100% of your premium depending on plan selection.

401(K)

  • Available after 6 months of employment.
  • You can contribute (pre tax) up to 10% of your salary towards your 401K.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Flexible paid days off per year (vacation and/or sick).
    • Our hope is you will take around 20 work days off per year, but if you need more time for various life events or emergencies we understand. In addition, we also have 13 work days off for US Federal holidays.

Parental Leave

  • See "Paid Time Off" above.
    • We encourage you take 60 work days of Paid Time Off before returning to full-time work.
    • If you need more than 60 work days off, please get in touch to discuss options.

Continued Learning

  • Any books or courses you want to take which will help you do your job better we will cover 100% of the costs up to $1,000 per year (please get approval before purchase). 

Devices & Equipment

  • Available after 30 days of employment.
  • MemberSpace will purchase new devices & equipment (e.g. laptop, keyboard, mouse) for you as-needed. We would own the devices/equipment and it would be for your use only and just for work purposes.
  • We prefer you use Apple laptops since that's what most of the team uses and we're all familiar with the operating system and app marketplace.

Software

  • Any software you need to do your job we will cover 100% of the costs (please get approval before purchase).
