5.13 Resolutions

There are no new resolutions to be considered. The pending resolution Murray v/s Kaplan is as of this date still pending. A final determination of the arbitration process was due to be made the middle of November. No addition information has been provided. The committee has requested information on the final outcome, but as of yet none has been forthcoming.
