Overview:
At Workspace, we heavily prioritise documentation, standardisation and communication. We are looking for a Sales and CRM Associate. This role is crucial in driving our sales efforts, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless interactions through our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in enhancing our sales processes and maintaining strong connections with our valued clients. The Associate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients.
What You'll Do:

The Associate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and building strong relationships with clients.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies to enhance brand loyalty and expand brand value.
- Ensure correct segmentation of the customer database for targeted marketing activities.
- Update and maintain stakeholder records within the CRM system.
- Own the responsibility for retention campaigns from idea generation to analysis.
- Prepare proposals, and ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Implement follow-up strategies to nurture client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional products or services to meet their evolving needs.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving targets.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales software.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision – ability to “take a project and run with it” is key.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Salary Range: GH¢3,000 - GH¢4,000
