smartphone - home page & click on career link at bottom

Not sure if this is intentional, but on a smartphone, the careers link takes you directly to Jobvite. So prospective applicants don't see POST's DEI nor our blurb on benefits. (also, an applicant could not find our careers page and had to ask for assistance navigating to it, as it isn't included in the top navigation bar/drop downs)
