SOFTWARE FEES ON STORED CREDIT CARDS

Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Mélange family through your membership. We wanted to inform you about a fee that our current software company charges for monthly credit renewals. This fee amounts to 3.5% per transaction on all saved credit card information. As a result, we do not receive the full amount from your membership cost to our office, even though we strive to provide you with savings on your treatments.

To help offset the fees that we incur throughout the year, we greatly appreciate gratuity on your discounted services. We understand using a credit card information is preferred, but there are other methods of ensuring 100% of your appreciation comes directly to us; Cash, check, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Venmo are all convenient methods that can assist our company in keeping membership costs low, especially as inflation persists in our society.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we are truly thankful for your understanding in this matter. Please note that while gratuity is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated on some of your visits throughout the year.
