Becoming the perfect Client Success Executive at Workspace Globals requires a good range of skills to be able to excel in this role : 

These skills include: 
  1. A basic understanding of : 
    •  Branding terms and concepts (eg. Brand Strategy, Tone, Audience, Identity etc.) 
    • Graphic design terms & best practices (eg. Symmetry, Contrast, Picture selection, Alignment, Minimalism)
    • Web design terms & best practices (eg. Hosting terms, UI terms, UX concepts, Surface level information on Coding Languages, website features, CMS etc.) 
    • Social Media terms & best practices 
    • Copywriting terms & best practices
  2. Stellar people skills, communication skills, relationship building skill and emotional intelligence. 
  3. Basic brand consulting and advisory skills to guide the client's future journey with Workspace. 
  4. Sales skills to ensure you are able to get your customers to make repeat purchases each month.
  5. Project management skills to manage people and projects to completion.
  6. Decent command of simple CRM (Wix Ascend Tools) and productivity tools (like Google Workspace) to track progress of your relationships etc. 


TASKS

  1. Write out a real life 2-paragraph email in response to a client who is unhappy about our service experience and late delivery and is requesting for a refund. You have to first introduce who you are and why you are the best person to handle this situation.  For context, we do not issue refunds and the client did not provide all the necessary information for us to deliver to the best of our abilities. Though we take the blame, you are trying to salvage the relationship in the hopes of getting more business.

  2. A client wants Workspace to build a ONE-Page website for them. Create a list of 6 crucial questions you will ask the client to ensure you have everything you need to brief the creative team who will execute the work.

  3. Outline in bullet points the steps you will employ to convince an old Workspace customer who has been dormant for 3 months to make a purchase on our website this month.
