Requirements for staff records
For all workers, the following records must be kept:
- identification
- proof of the right to work
- pre-employment checks (eg criminal records check)
- qualifications and/or experience
- completion of NIDS Worker Orientation
- completion of NDIS Worker Screening Check
- details on continuing professional development
