January Scoreboard Highlights:
- Membership has entered Q3 still struggling, but we have some ideas to try.
- Despite that, the projected overall membership is still on pace to result in a 20% growth year over year. This may be based on a slightly better than projected retention rate, so far.
- At month's end, we had 1092 members, which is 80+ more than this time last year. The big gainer is Professional membership which has grown by 16% in the past 12 months.
- The certification program bounced back in January and is on pace to grow by 8 1/2 % by June 30, slightly more than our 6% growth goal. The introduction of the sample and practice tests may be a short term factor in January.
- The total number of active (not retired) CPBDs in good standing has oddly gotten stuck at 466 for the past four months in a row. But if it stays that way for the next 5 months we will finish ahead of our year-end goal.
- Other highlights to mention, the number of new contacts into our database rebounded hugely in January (the best month so far this FY), and the number of chapter meetings is getting closer to our monthly goal.
- Last but definitely not least, membership retention is at 88% 7 months into the year and certification at 100%. Very good scores.
