What exactly does "PowerHour Session" mean?
During the session, I work live while documenting my thinking and decisions in real time.
We're not just talking strategy. We're actively designing your scalable business model together.
The session is recorded, and you receive the full replay automatically.
Because these are strategy sessions, I may use anonymized segments as examples in content later. Any sensitive or private details are removed.
If you prefer the session not to be used in any way, you can choose the Private PowerHour option; the investment in that case would be €500.
Who shouldn't book a PowerHour Session?
If you don't sell expert-based, done-for-you, b2b services, this is not for you. In other words, if your business is in ecommerce, coaching, SaaS, brick and mortar, and so on, this is not for you.
If you don't plan to build a team at all, then this is also not for you.
If you want every project to be custom and tailored, where you constantly solve whatever problem the client shows up with, then this is not for you.
If you sell your services as a subcontractor of a bigger consultancy or agency, and DON'T plan to develop a standalone offer you can sell directly to the end client, this is not for you.
What happens after the PowerHour?
If working together makes sense, I'll extend an invitation to help you implement all the stuff we developed together during the PowerHour and fully integrate this into your business.
If it's not a fit, I won't.
If we decide to work together, your PowerHour payment is credited toward it.
The current price for the Sprint is €6000.
What do I need before booking?
You need to be a registered business, selling b2b services to clients for the last 2 years full-time, or having delivered at least 10 or more paid projects.
You DON'T need to have team members already. It's ok if you only work with project-based subcontractors.
Besides that, you just need real expertise that deserves to be clarified and streamlined.
What happens after I book?
You will get an email asking you to answer a couple of questions about your business and your current situation.
