"There’s a big problem.

Homeownership—which is the most common way for individuals and families to build long-term wealth—is now out of reach for too many people.

A perfect storm of factors—say, short inventory, outdated zoning laws, and systemic inefficiencies—has made it nearly impossible to build homes that are both beautiful and attainable.

And renting? It’s just as difficult.

Housing is broken.

But what if there was another way?

At Biokabin, we believe it’s time to unleash creative solutions that allow people to live close to where they want to be—whether for work, study, or for family reasons.

We’re tackling this crisis with three market-oriented strategies:

"First, we’re expanding the available ADU park for rental. 

By helping homeowners unlock the potential of their backyards, we create recurrent income for them while providing students and young professionals with beautiful, affordable studios in desirable locations.

"Second, we’re using infill lots in urban areas to create agile, walkable Biokabin Neighborhoods. We partner with landowners to transform underutilized spaces into vibrant communities, offering both rent and rent-to-own arrangements.

"Third, we’re redefining outdated RV parks, turning them into Biokabin Ecovillages—places where people can rent or own their own Biokabin in a sustainable, community-oriented environment.

"And once we’ve established these new dream communities, we’ll introduce a club membership model. This will allow digital workers to access Biokabins and co-housing services wherever they go.
