Membership struggled in Q2 versus Q1 and the YE Pace is much lower than our target.
Despite that, the projected overall membership is still on pace to result in a 20% growth year over year. This may be based on a slightly better than projected retention rate.
The certification program continues on its pace to grow by 7% by June 30.
Although the monthly new CPBD numbers have declined month by month this past quarter, the overall number is still on pace to finish the fiscal year more than 10% higher than at the beginning of the year.
Looking closer at the more detailed stats, the total number of CPBS has remained at 466 for three months in a row. Although there isn't any overall growth, our retention of existing CPBDs remains at 100%, so far for the fiscal year.
Professional membership is very strong, while all other categories are struggling.
