Evaluation:
- Stop, Keep, Start:
Stop doing:
- It was unfortunate that the paddle broke
- Try to avoid changes in the timetable
- It was cold to be a swimmer
- It worked that runners helped the swimmers stay warm.
- Maybe a buddy-system to each swimmer to have help.
- The trashcans were too lightweight and were flying around.
- The screen were too big and in the way when standing on that side of the canal.
- Not enough SoMe and PR awareness before the event.
- Maybe use some of the pictures taken at this event to post about CampusCup during the year.
- Not enough headsets for Redbull Silent Disco. Next year more than 300 would be good.
- Next year buy sand for the bouye anchors. If you put water in the bag it doesn't sink.
- It was hard to see the competition from the VIP area.
- It is a very long day if you are part of both ScrollBar and CampusCup. Maybe something like you are able to take a break from CampusCup during the day.
- Maybe a solution of a collaboration with ScrollBar.
- The timeplan with the Redbull Silent Disco was too tight. A half hour between the end of CC to the beginning of Silent Disco would be great.
- Cleaning was a bit of a mess. Maybe coordinate with FM, since they help us set a lot of stuff up, but they dont help us take it down.
- For cleaning, assign a few people to only grab stuff and get if down to the basement.
- Maybe an agenda for the cleaning. What should get done first, and what should get done last.
- Some people disapeared from the cleaning.
- If we have an agreement with Redbull about Silent Disco next year, time it such that our voulenteers can participate in Silent Disco. Maybe an hour buffer for cleaning.
Start doing:
- Fireworks or pyrotechniques would be cool
- The sponsors could be a bigger part of the day, maybe they could have some small games that the students could participate in.
- Not enough stuff in the bar that wasn't beer.
- More Redbulls and Vodka,Jägermeister etc for the VIP bar
- It would be nice if we had hoodies, raincoates etc for cold or rainy days.
- More coordination for the cleaning. Maybe some teams for different areas so everyone had something to do.
- The water was a bit disgusting this year, but we don't have much control over that.
- We could maybe ask Vandlauget if they could collect at least some of the algee before the event, or a net to collect some of it ourselves before the event.
Keep doing:
- Silent Disco was nice
- The screen was good quality.
- Nice that the headsets were set aside for our voulenteers.
- Bongs was good.
- Nice that we had an artist in the half-time show.
- Breakfast was nice
- Great teamwork.
- Good that we had the option of alcohol-free beers for participants.

- Brainstorm
- Maybe we could use the screen for more things.
- Live go-pro view from contestents or live view of the competition
- Make a website of the scoreboard that is live-updated
- More focus on the costumes and show the team costumes.
- Maybe make a QR code with a poll of who should win the costume competition.
- Competition on Instragram before the event where you could win a VIP bracelet or something else.
- More focus on trying to include KUA into CampusCup, to increase the numbers of people who come.
- Windjacket for the swimmers while they are on the water.
- Try to have warm water ready for the swimmers
- Buy sand for the bouye anchors
- Everyone should know their role for cleanup before the day, maybe take some inspiration from ScrollBar cleaning.
- Have a crew team that are dressed as CampusCup crew.
- The swimmers would like to go down and take a shower after they have been in the water, so include time for that in the schedule.
- Artist every year, could also be something other than a musical artist.
- Make sure to have enough artists.
- Fantasy-League, to make guesses or "bet" on who wins the next round or who is the fastest at chugging a beer.
- Make hoodies next year such that our voulenteers are warm.
- Make some stats so there are more smaller competitions like who had the fastest lap, who chugged a beer the fastest, who fell the most in the water.
- Buy some real stop-watches instead of using the phone.
