WVBS Community Letter

Dear WV Box and Ship customers:

The reason for sending this letter is as an invite to a meeting to address the current business climate and how businesses and individuals need to work together to improve conditions.

Rising prices and an increasingly unreliable business environment have become matter of importance to the community: businesses and individuals alike. To help businesses combat the rising prices they pay, the normal and typical avenue is to raise prices to their customers, but prices have risen to a point that this has impacted the larger matter of the financial health of the community.

Businesses need revenue to maintain financial health to serve the community, but the community members need prices that can be reasonably afforded. Both need to be strong or neither are strong.

This is a matter that needs addressed, and it needs addressed by those willing to have a discussion about the matter and to evaluate methods forward that meet the needs of businesses and individuals.

The meeting is scheduled for 08 September at the SpringHill Suites in Sabraton (1910 Hunters Way, Morgantown, WV 26505) and is open for businesses and individuals.
