End-of-Year Reviews in Paylocity

'Tis the season! End-of-year review forms will go live in Paylocity today - Monday, November 17th. You will be receiving an e-mail notification once they launch.

🤝 1:1 Review Meetings Required

Even though the review form is completed in Paylocity, all employees and reviewers are expected to schedule a 1:1 performance review meeting to discuss the completed forms together.

📅 Review Deadline
Employee self-appraisals are due by end of day Friday, December 5th.
Supervisor reviews & meetings are due by end of day Friday, December 19th.

Before your reviewer can begin their part of the appraisal process in Paylocity, you must complete your self-appraisal.

⏰ Don’t wait until the last minute. Complete your self-appraisal well in advance of the due date to give your reviewer ample time to complete their portion of the review.

📚 SMART Goals
You’ll need to add your 2026 SMART Goals into your review. 

When adding a goal, select the goal period "2026 Goals" and it will auto populate the dates for you:

Outside of the performance review form, goals can be found by going to Performance > Goals:
