Resource sharing reports
- The reports that Emily created have been shared with Nancy Abashian, Chair of the Resource Sharing Working Group.
We agree that our main focus for now is documentation
- Joan will request edit permissions for our LibGuide from Kristy and add content
- Wendi has already uploaded a few documents and links.
- Jaclyn has identified good documentation from ExLibris on dashboards, she will send this to Joan to put on the guide.
- Gail is working on report naming and description best practice recommendations
Outstanding questions -
- The SMSP group posted a question to Basecamp about reporting on deleted records, and whether it is better to withdraw or suppress them, and does the migration of those records from Aleph to Alma effect reporting?
- The answer may be in last week's training relative to deleted records, if not, it can be posed during an ExL Q &A.
Our group will meet monthly in the future - next meeting is on 5/1 - Wendi will notify Kristy. We anticipate that there will be questions and/or more work to be done after go live when analytics gets more use - we can go back to every two weeks if needed.
