The business sells and services high-quality agricultural equipment from prominent manufacturers across the region. Additional services include mobile oil changes, parts, online auctions, and more.

The business maintains a large fleet of continuously upgraded rolling stock required to provide its land application, hauling, and trucking services for very long-term and loyal customers within a 120-mile radius. Growth is available within that radius, and the owners often turn down business from around the Midwest. 

Support & Training 

Seller will provide transition services for 6 months as part of the purchase price and will be available to consult indefinitely, pending the buyer's standards and needs. Two owners currently pay themselves $300k annually. One owner's payroll, admin, and banking roles can be absorbed internally. Operations, estimating, logistics, supplier relations, and inside sales performed by the other owner needs replaced either by the new owner or a new owner hired GM.  The re-casting at the CIM will show $175k annually of the $300k remains available to backfill these two roles as the new owner sees fit.
