1. Open AURUM NeoBank


  • Launch the Neobank App (via Telegram.
  • Tap the card icon at the bottom of the screen.

2. Buy your card (if you haven’t yet)


  • Tap “Get Started” under the Virtual Card
  •  Enter your email and phone number
  •  Click “Next” and confirm the one-time payment of 249 USDT (no monthly or annual fees).
  •  Your card will be created with 0$ balance

3. Copy your card details


  • Tap “Details” under your Virtual Card
  •  Then tap the gear icon (Settings)
  •  You’ll see:
– Card number
– Expiration date
– CVV
  •  Copy all details — you’ll need them for activation and Apple/Google Pay

4. Activate your card (required step)


  •  Go back to the AURUM Card section
  •  Tap “Activate” under Physical Card
  •  Fill in:
– Your email
– The 16-digit card number (copied from Settings)
– Your phone number
  •  Tap Next to complete activation

❗ Important: Make sure to enter your correct phone number — it will be required later when connecting the card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.

After verification, your card will become fully active and ready to use.

5. Top up your card


  • Tap Top Up Your Card
  •  Choose Transfer from Wallet
  •  Select USDT, enter amount → Confirm
  • Funds appear instantly on your balance.

6. Add your card to Apple Pay / Google Pay


  • Open your Wallet app (Apple or Google)
  •  Add new card manually
  •  Paste the details (number, expiry, CVV) from the Settings
  • Your card is now ready for contactless payments.

7. Start using it


  •  Make purchases online or in-store
  •  Withdraw cash (where supported)
  •  Manage everything directly inside AURUM NeoBank (Telegram Bot)
