6. 08 Governance & Bylaws - Annual Report

The committee has received several recommendations for revisions to the by-laws. The bylaws are being reviewed for continuity with the book of rules as well. No specific motions are ready to present at the annual membership meeting in Cleveland, however work is continuing.

The book of rules will be revised to comply with the bylaws as required.
