There was a strange occurrence in February, where all line items were unchanged from the prior month, and member CPBDs vs. non-members rose and fell exactly 77. We checked the database and checked again, and we couldn't find the (or any) issues.
As you can see, things are back to shuffling around in March.
Significant monthly drops are due to the lion's share of our CPBDs recertifying on Jan 1 and their "grace period" ending on March 31.
However, <-16> this year is better than <-19> last year, all be it slightly.
Since the CE "crackdown" in March 2022, this is two years in a row holding 400+, although barely. The average over the last 9 years is 378 CPBDs. Theoretically, we've improved by 6% in the past decade.
Only two subject matter experts attended the March Job Analysis Survey Review meeting. The consultant wanted at least seven. A new meeting has been rescheduled for April 17 & 18 and we're seeking new volunteers.
